2. The agreement will be good for one year from date of purchase. Renewable for the 2nd or 3rd year during our Winter Service Special that runs December, January amd February. Have Emerich Sales & Service check over, tune-up or repair etc. at customers expense.
3. Agreement is exclusively at Emerichs and only for Landscapers
4. All emergency repairs include except - abuse, neglect, maintenance, or damage.
1st option for repair - repair while customer waits (up to 2 hours)
2nd option for repair - customer receives loaner unit while repairs are made.
5. Customer is responsible for loaner unit - COMPLETELY. Any damage from use or abuse is customer's responsibility.
